Sorry you have not received your order. I will arrange for replacement order to be despatched to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately this has become a serious problem with too many packets to Turkey going "missing" and we now only accept orders to Turkey with International Signed For being paid for which unfortunately does increase the cost.
