Concerning your order nr. 11267, I regret to inform you that it´s not possible to send you the products requested.
Due to the Turkey Customs controls, all our shipment containing aftershaves, shaving creams, shaving soaps,
colognes and every cosmetics items, have been sent back to Spain.
As you can find in the picture attached, even all the items returned have been intentionally damaged and in this situation
we cannot keep on sending this kind of products even though there´s any invoice enclosed in the parcels.
We´ll keep on sending brushes, razor blades and every item not considered cosmetic items, ordered by our Turkish clients.
Regarding your order, we´ll refund the total amount to your Paypal account.
We hope you understand this matter and apologize for inconveniences caused.
