Tracking is ultimately up to you, but if you don't buy it and we ship your order don't forget that WE, and not YOU, are ultimately at the risk of loss... thus, for the 'bad' countries, we cheerfully request the purchase of tracking and will cheerfully supply a refund if the customer declines.
Free tracking is NOT guaranteed-if u want it, u must pay extra for it (optional! not required!) USPS 1st class mail int'l ranges 7-90 days(most ~10-21), & while there are barcodes assigned to all parcels, most countries ignore 'em (we can confirm CA, CN, & IL DO honor the barcodes!) Once you elect to save the $ & mail the least expensive, thereafter there's no tracking available.
